Program description. The Evolutions Group, LLC sends transactional text messages only. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Patients of our client practices. We send text messages on behalf of our client oral surgery practices to patients who have given their mobile number to their practice and agreed to receive texts, for example on the practice's patient intake form. These messages are limited to requests to securely send insurance information and appointment-related notices, and each message names the practice.

Website inquiries. If you start a conversation with us through the chat on our website and agree to receive texts, we reply by text about your inquiry.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help.
